Cipher is a self assured, cocky, and honestly rather rude individual. After her girlfriend was killed in front of her, Cipher allowed her appearance to be cursed by a magic bowtie in exchange for powers to avenge her deceased partner.

She can move at incredible speeds and has immense strength in her tentacles. After losing her girlfriend, Cipher fled to the forest where she found not only a curse, but a small wooden cabin.
